All residents must sign the pool rules agreement prior to use of pool facility.

LIABILITY:
All persons using the pool as well as all the common property do so at their own risk. The Association assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with the use of any common property or for any loss or damage to personal property. All persons using the Association’s common property agree to hold the Association harmless for any actions of any kind whatsoever occurring within the Association property limits.
All property owners are responsible for the actions of their children, guests and visitors.
All property owners who have guests at their property are responsible for supplying this signed agreement to the guests.
Pool area is secured by locking devices which require a code to enter. In order to receive your individual code to enter the pool area, you must sign this document and return it to either operationseaside@gmail.com or Seaside Residential Management Company, 1551 Sea Island Parkway St. Helena, SC 29920. Your code will then be e-mailed to you. If you do not have an e-mail address, it will be sent via US mail. Please provide addresses in space provided below.
DISCLAIMER:
By signing this agreement, you agree to not disclose your personal access code to anyone other than those residing at your home. Access codes will be emailed to you and will be monitored by the Management Company and by the Tansi HOA Board via a log from the security device. Violations of Association rules as stated in this agreement may result in suspension of privileges. Tansi Village Amenities are a privilege not a right. They can be revoked at any time. The Board of Directors has the authority to enforce the rules and will monitor activities in the area. The Board of Directors reserves the right to modify/change these Rules and Regulations as deemed necessary.
GENERAL RULES:
- The pool is open from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Gate access is restricted to the pool area after 8PM. Anyone found in the pool area after 8 PM will be considered trespassing and subject to Beaufort County Law Enforcement.
- Pool enclosure area is secured by locking devices which requires a code to enter. In order to receive your individual code to enter the pool area, you must sign this document and return to Seaside at operationseaside@gmail.com or Seaside Residential Management Company, 1551 Sea Island Parkway St. Helena, SC 29920.Your code will then be emailed or mailed to you.
- The pool area is not available for exclusive use or rental.
- No children under the age of 14 should be in the pool without supervision by a parent or guardian at least 17 years of age.
- Use of foot shower is required before entering pool.
- Proper swim wear must be worn in the pool and pool area.
- No work out or regular street clothes allowed in the pool.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted in the pool or pool area.
- Running or rough playing in pool or pool area is not permitted. You will be asked to leave if caught acting in this manner.
- No Diving allowed.
- No smoking or vaping within the pool enclosure.
- No animals or pets are allowed in the pool enclosure.
- No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool, pool area or on the deck.
- Personal items left behind in the pool area will be disposed of.
- Return deck furniture to its original location before departing the pool area.
- When leaving at the end of the day, put umbrellas in down position. Turn lights off in restrooms and close the doors.
- All trash must be disposed of in the receptacle provided. Do not leave trash outside the receptacle.
- Wipe off your table and clear any food debris before leaving.
- Do not prop the entry gate open. Be sure it is latched behind you on departure.
- No hanging, pulling on or sitting on handrails, ladders or fence.
- No gum allowed in the pool enclosure area.
- No inappropriate language or acts to include lewdness or profanity in and around the pool area.
- Please be considerate of other members using in the pool area. (Loud music, inappropriate language or behavior.)
HYGIENE:
- No spitting or blowing nose in pool.
- Persons with diarrheal illness, nausea, skin, eye, ear, respiratory infection and open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool.
- Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool. NOTE: Diapers designated for swim may be used as long as they are changed regularly. Clothing and/or diaper changing must occur outside the pool area.
SAFETY:
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SMIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
- An Emergency Phone is located in the pool area.
- Life Saving Equipment is located on the fence enclosure.
GUEST POLICIES:
- Local Guests: An adult resident must accompany local guests at all times.
- Out-of-town Guests: A resident may give permission to out-of-town guests staying at their home for use of the pool without being accompanied.
RESTROOMS:
- Please keep the restrooms clean.
- Throw away trash in proper receptacles.
- Wipe toilet seat if wet after use.
