TANSI DOCK RULES
 

1. No boat longer than 24 feet may be tied to the floating dock longer than 4 hours.  No boat 24 feet or less may be tied to the dock for longer than 1 week.  All boats should be tied respectfully so others can use the spaces available. 
2. Put name and address on all crab traps. No crab traps may be tied to the floating dock.  No crab traps may be stored on dock surface unattended.  All crab traps off pier should be checked daily or removed. 
3. Do not tamper with any safety equipment (e.g. life ring, fire extinguisher) unless it is an emergency. 
4. Primary use of the dock is for boats.  Boaters’ have right of way.  Swim at your own risk.  No diving. 
5. Tansi Community dock carts must be returned after use.  They are stored behind the pump house. 
6. No wheeled vehicles (except ADA accommodations and dock carts) allowed on dock. 
7. Fish cleaning station and dock surface must be cleaned after each use.  Use hose to clean up. 
8. Water must be turned off after use. 

 
Report abuses to a board member or take actions as needed.  This dock belongs to the membership.
